• Draft legal pleadings and manage employment litigation cases • Participate in hearings and support case management • Analyze documents, evidence, and legal risks • Conduct legal research and maintain updates on case law • Provide advisory support to internal and external clients • Manage deadlines and maintain legal case management systems • Contribute to the development of litigation strategies and settlement negotiations
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Previous experience in Labor/Employment Law (level varies) • Knowledge of employment litigation and procedural routines • Familiarity with legal case management systems
