• Own technology strategy and execution aligning with MoldCo’s mission • Write clean, scalable, and secure code while establishing engineering best practices • Design and maintain architecture and infrastructure • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions • Implement AI tools to advance provider and treatment efficiency • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of shipping real code • 2+ years of leading teams • Proven ability to write production-level code in Next.js • Strong background in system design, architecture, and infrastructure • Deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in healthcare • Exceptional collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
