📋 Description

• Work in Backup and Storage environments, ensuring data availability and protection • Work in Windows and Linux environments, providing support and troubleshooting • Monitor environments and identify incidents, failures, and improvement opportunities using monitoring tools • Apply ITIL concepts and practices when handling incidents, requests, and changes • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Backup, Storage, and infrastructure • Create and maintain technical documentation for environments and procedures • Perform other routine activities within the area

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Networker and Data Domain • Experience with SAN/NAS Storage environments • Experience with Backup solutions, with a focus on Veritas NetBackup and Veeam • Knowledge of NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel protocols • Knowledge of Windows and Linux • Knowledge of ITIL • Experience with monitoring tools for Windows and Linux environments • Proactive, organized, and analytical profile • Sense of urgency and focus on problem resolution • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Responsibility and commitment to assigned activities
