📋 Description

• Implement specified and approved requirements from the backlogs of the teams where you work, ensuring acceptance criteria and the designed test scenarios are met; • Support documentation of the user stories that make up the teams' backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear enough to be implemented; • Build prototypes or implement proofs of concept within product design teams; • Design automated tests on the platform (unit and regression), ensuring key functionalities are covered; • Participate in all team ceremonies, including effort estimation; • Execute all team tasks assigned to you; • Timely escalate observed impediments so they can be addressed by the Agile Master or by the client team overseeing the service; • Other routine duties within the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree in Information Technology; • Professional experience with the ServiceNow platform; • Hold the following official certification from the platform vendor: (CSA) Certified System Administrator; • Completion, within the official ServiceNow training track, of the following courses: ServiceNow Fundamentals; Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Create and Schedule Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Additional Tips, Techniques, and Resources.
