📋 Description
• Planning, managing, and monitoring digital projects (web, UI/UX, interfaces/platforms) • Facilitating communication between clients, developers, designers, and management • Creating roadmaps, timelines, backlogs, and reports • Applying traditional and agile PM methods (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall — situational and pragmatic) • Ensuring quality, budget adherence, and on-time delivery • Proactively advising our clients on digital topics and recommending sensible next steps • Early identification of risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies — and confidently finding solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in (digital) project management, ideally in an agency or in IT-related projects • Strong understanding of digital products, processes, and technologies • High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, assertive presence, and sense of responsibility • Excellent communication skills and empathy — plus the resilience ('thick skin') when things need to move quickly • Experience with common PM methods and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.) • Fluent German (C1); good English skills are an advantage • Driving license (Class B) • Enjoys team interaction, direct communication, and clear, solution-oriented collaboration
