📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and UI test suites using Playwright and TypeScript • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Identify automation opportunities and reduce repetitive manual regression coverage • Review test failures, maintain flaky-test stability, and improve test reliability • Partner with developers to define testability requirements and automation strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests for web or mobile applications • Experience building end-to-end, regression, and UI automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into release workflows • Ability to analyze test failures, troubleshoot flaky tests, and improve the reliability, maintainability, and coverage of automated test suites • Strong understanding of software quality practices, test design techniques, and how to translate functional requirements into automated test coverage • Experience using Git and collaborating with developers through code reviews, pull requests, and shared test automation standards • Ability to perform targeted manual validation when needed and clearly document expected results, defects, reproduction steps, and findings • Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and approaches, with the ability to evaluate and apply AI-based testing techniques where relevant • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams
