📋 Description
• Lead the data governance of the solution per roadmap. • Ensure data quality meets Mdlz standards. • Good understanding of data analytics and modelling. • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools. • As required support the implementation leads in rolling out the solution. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to project team when needed. • Confirm the completion of the implementation in plants and consistency of the execution and the readiness to go live. • Provide hyper-care and on-going support to ensure the full usage of the solution. • Provide status updates using status reports and review meetings.

• Proven learning agility • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources and multi-function teams • Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines • Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes and related technology solutions • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving. • Fluent in English, Spanish an advantage.
