📋 Description

• Assess information security risks in line with internal policy and external best practices • Test security systems and apply security standards, policies, and procedures • Implement cybersecurity technology under the guidance of the global information security lead • Provide day-to-day business support for information security • Manage third-party providers where relevant to ensure adherence to standards • Provide information security training to appropriate teams • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives • Ensure adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and refined product backlog • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint burndown, and other Agile metrics • Promote team self-organization and cross-functionality • Coach team members on Scrum and Agile methodologies • Mentor team members on Jira best practices, including workflow configuration, board management, backlog grooming, and reporting • Champion Agile practices across the team • Support project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria definition • Assist with project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies • Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues; contribute to risk register maintenance • Provide status reports and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership • Participate in change management and stakeholder communication plans • Grow into full project ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of CyberSecurity experience with focus in Identity & Access Management • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar Agile leadership role • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, including board configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting • Established skill working with stakeholders and leading meetings • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices • Exposure to or genuine interest in project management practices; formal PM experience is a plus • Experience working with distributed or remote Agile teams is a plus • Proficient to expert Jira skills, including board configuration, workflows, dashboards, JQL basics, sprint reporting, and automation rules • Understanding of project planning concepts, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies • General understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices • Six Sigma certification and Certified ScrumMaster certification required • PMP certification highly valued for the PM growth track • Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator certification listed • Ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists, leaders, and peers • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Team-oriented approach to supporting and leading common goals
