📋 Description

• Achieve regional sales targets, including net sales, volume, and customer profitability, for assigned customers and categories • Define customer strategies based on sales and category strategies and support their implementation • Develop year-round customer plans and additional promotional activities using specific analytical tools • Ensure sales KPIs for assortment, promotions, distribution (TDP), shelf space, and in-store appearance • Agree on and execute cross-category activities based on customer and business strategies as well as marketing programs • Build and maintain close customer relationships with relevant customer contacts • Support optimal interaction between the regional account team and field sales teams • Agree on Drumbeat priorities and incorporate them into customer plans

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training or additional qualifications such as a university degree, business administration qualification, or certified specialist in retail management • At least 3 years of professional experience • Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented approach • Professional knowledge and understanding of all relevant sales aspects of the grocery retail sector • Strong business insight • In-depth knowledge of Mondelēz Customer & Shopper Insight tools and processes • Cross-functional experience is beneficial, including Perfect Store and RGM • Knowledge of market data and strong numerical skills • Experience managing multiple MBUs is an advantage • Category B driver's license
