• Collaborate with the Region Director of Customer Logistics to drive operational excellence • Lead initiatives aligned with Safety, Service, Cost, and People • Drive productivity initiatives leveraging project management methodologies • Guide Branch Support Teams in continuous improvement efforts • Spearhead integration and deployment of the CS&L IL6S framework
