📋 Description

• Build sustainable business relationships with customers • Optimize base sales, product distribution, and promotional activities • Ensure product visibility in retail outlets • Apply sales skills effectively • Meet field-sales KPIs and annual targets • Implement defined priorities for current marketing activities, including campaigns, coupon promotions, promotional execution, seasonal pre-sales, and secondary placements • Drive distribution of listed products and new-product distribution • Agree on and implement shelf optimizations in line with Mondelēz-defined “Perfect Store” guidelines • Prepare customer visits • Conduct insight- and argumentation-based sales conversations, implement agreed measures with assigned customers, and follow up on them • Use available budgets effectively, including product samples, external merchandising support, and claims/returns management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, a relevant degree, or relevant professional experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you are a team player • Good IT skills, including MS Office • Strong analytical mindset and negotiation experience • Field-sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, is an advantage • Fluent in German; good English skills are desirable • High levels of passion, commitment, and willingness to learn • Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within your sales territory
