📋 Description

• Convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution • Provide hands on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers • Maintain operational consistency, uphold brand execution standards • Ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations • Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and reliability • Deliver strong customer service to store teams • Execute daily coverage completing store visits • Implement promotional displays to ensure compliance • Follow assigned schedules set by the District Manager • Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel • Support capability building and onboarding new Merchandisers • Develop for future leadership each day

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team • Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
