📋 Description

• Identify business opportunities by conducting sales visits, presenting products and services, and negotiating commercial terms. • Prepare proposals in accordance with predefined criteria. • Work closely with the onboarding team to maintain documents required by the Central Bank of Brazil. • Carry out commercial planning strategically. • Maintain continuous interaction with the operations desk and customer service teams. • Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects through visits and remote contact. • Engage support teams when promotional actions, development of collateral, or other assistance is required. • Monitor commercial department KPIs. • Understand the area of operation regarding client profiles and competitors. • Update the CRM according to the progress of your activities. • Active prospecting. • Attend events to identify trends and strengthen networking.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills. • Proven experience in B2B sales, focused on consultative solutions. • Knowledge of foreign exchange and international operations will be considered an advantage. • Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. • Clear, concise, and effective communication — both verbal and written. • Ability to serve clients with empathy and a strategic mindset. • Strong competence in planning, control, and management of commercial activities. • Proactive in identifying business opportunities and needs. • Results-oriented, with a focus on targets and building a sales pipeline. • Solid interpersonal skills with a consultative and professional approach.
