📋 Description

• Lead a team of Partner Solutions Architects across the APAC partner ecosystem • Build and strengthen relationships with ISV, hyperscaler, and SI partners • Develop and implement strategic initiatives supporting partner success with MongoDB’s platform • Establish business plans with product, engineering, and sales teams • Enable partners with knowledge, tools, and resources for technical alignment • Align MongoDB solutions with partner offerings and market needs • Advise partners on MongoDB’s value proposition and competitive relevance • Identify ecosystem opportunities with sales and marketing teams • Guide co-branded solutions and joint proposals, contributing to revenue targets • Address partner challenges across technical and business contexts • Build an inclusive, high-performing team through standards, mentorship, and growth opportunities • Connect product, engineering, and field teams with partners • Communicate business concepts clearly to stakeholders • Represent MongoDB at industry events, partner meetings, and internal forums

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partner management, solution architecture, or related roles • At least 8–12 years in a leadership capacity • Strong background in developing and executing strategies for partner engagement and success, ideally within technology or cloud environments • Ability to engage and influence senior leaders across diverse partner organizations • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to articulate business and technical value to a wide range of audiences • Commitment to inclusivity and fostering a diverse, equitable team environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
