📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture and design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Define integration strategy and architecture for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems • Design robust data architecture, including data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations • Develop customisation and extensibility strategies, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable • Evaluate functional and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate CRM solution designs • Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and best-practice standards • Support technical decision-making and identify opportunities to optimise the CRM landscape • Deliver CRM integration strategy, data-flow design, customisation strategy, architecture documentation, and technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT/CRM experience, with strong experience in solution architecture • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform • Proven experience in CRM solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and customisation planning • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data management, and CRM architecture principles • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to define practical, scalable solutions • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architectural documentation skills • Candidate must be willing to relocate to UAE, if required
