📋 Description

• Engage with C-suite executives and senior technical leaders at MongoDB's most strategic customers • Bridge complex data architectures and AI to power business transformation • Position MongoDB as a platform for modernizing legacy systems and building next-generation AI applications • Shape industry perspectives through technical evangelism and thought leadership • Conduct executive roundtables and customer presentations • Deliver keynotes at MongoDB and industry events • Brief tier-1 press, media, and analysts as a company spokesperson • Collaborate closely with account teams and peers across the organization • Influence technical direction and strategic decisions at major companies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer- and market-facing roles at the principal or Field CTO level • Recognized technical leader with deep hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications • Demonstrated success scaling technical influence and earning credibility • Experience speaking at major tech conferences, hosting technical webinars, or contributing to the developer community is highly desired • Deep portfolio and history of published content, event presentations, interviews, or press and media quotes • Exceptional executive presence and ability to deliver compelling keynote presentations and influence technology strategies with CxO audiences • Strong understanding of database architectures, distributed systems, and cloud computing concepts • Experience in distributed systems design, including scalability, fault tolerance, and consistency models • Familiarity with modern application development frameworks • Hands-on proficiency with state-of-the-art AI capabilities • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Ability to travel extensively, up to 50%
