📋 Description

• Create original artwork for Moniepoint products • Interpret complex briefs and develop inspiring artwork to attract target audiences • Formulate concepts and render draft illustrations from written words, models, sketched ideas, and imagination • Transform concepts into artistic, marketable images • Prepare rough draft illustrations according to requirements and company specifications • Create complete illustrations and refine design concepts using colors, graphics, effects, and illustration software • Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex visual shapes • Ensure digital illustrations meet high quality and color standards • Brainstorm with the design team on creative ideas, patterns, visual styles, and concepts • Stay up to date with emerging design techniques, industry trends, and graphics software • Transform abstract product ideas into engaging visual assets across touchpoints • Maintain brand aesthetic consistency and technical alignment across digital art and user experiences • Collaborate with design teams to elevate Moniepoint's visual language and illustration standards • Deliver high-quality illustrations on time for complex cross-functional briefs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, design, visual arts, or a related field • At least 4-5 years of proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or similar visual design role • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of completed illustrations • Proven hands-on work experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software • Advanced drawing, painting, and digital artwork rendering skills • Deep expertise in image editing and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Strong conceptual thinking and artistic problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
