📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of complex, high-visibility design work. • Act as a peer craft-bar-setter within the design pod. • Provide dedicated creative ownership and collaboration to an assigned stakeholder group. • Independently scope, design, and deliver complex projects to brief. • Serve as the design half of an assigned Creative Duo, owning that stakeholder group's creative needs end-to-end. • Give and receive craft feedback within the design pod and content studio. • Proactively flag capacity constraints to the Design Lead. • Contribute to the evolution of the brand design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in brand or graphic design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across editorial design, brand systems and promotional design. • Experience managing stakeholder relationships directly while maintaining accountability and collaboration with team members. • Comfortable operating with high autonomy within a clear framework.
