📋 Description

• Define and execute design strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs • Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution • Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments • Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless design implementation • Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles • Create and refine micro-interactions and motion elements • Use data-driven insights to improve user experience and optimize business impact • Mentor and guide junior designers • Monitor fintech trends and best practices to drive product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior product design role focused on UX, with demonstrated ability to lead impactful projects • Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory • Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows • Deep understanding of mobile and web design for responsive and adaptive experiences • Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology and user decision-making • Extensive experience with usability testing, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions • Familiarity with UX analytics tools including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar • Proficiency in atomic design principles and scalable UI frameworks • Strong knowledge of motion design tools including Lottie, After Effects, and Principle • Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers • Ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders • Comfort working in agile, fast-paced product teams • Deep Figma experience with auto layout, design tokens, component variants, interactive prototypes, and scalable design libraries • Proven fintech and/or SaaS experience • Resume and portfolio with strong UX case studies demonstrating process, research, impact, and leadership • Portfolio preferably showcasing fintech or SaaS-related projects and measurable improvements in UX, business metrics, or engagement
