📋 Description

• We are looking for a professional with strong experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, who can communicate complex search optimization concepts clearly and accessibly. • The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-taught and able to structure and execute action plans independently. • We value analytical and creative thinkers who can solve challenges strategically. • Continuous interest in learning and professional development is essential, as well as curiosity about other areas of the company and how they relate to SEO. • Having a broad view of both technical aspects and business impact is a differentiator, always prioritizing scalable and efficient solutions. • People management and development. • Monitoring and management of KPIs. • Client and team relationship management. • Data analysis. • Creation and adaptation of communications and strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace: Advanced knowledge and use of core tools, including document and presentation formatting and complex spreadsheet formulas and operations. • Assertive communication: Strong communication skills and application of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in daily work. • Teamwork: Ability to carry out tasks collaboratively with others, divide responsibilities and align to reach final solutions. • Organization: Time management for completing tasks and orderly management of files and documents required to perform the job. • Creativity and proactivity: Be proactive regarding assigned tasks, invest in self-development and actively promote knowledge sharing with team colleagues. • Mastery of standard Portuguese. • Knowledge of Content Marketing and SEO tools: SEMrush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console. • Analytical mindset and logical reasoning. • Experience with Google Workspace: Google Docs, Slides, Sheets and Drive.
