📋 Description

• Act as a facilitator for Agile teams, ensuring the application of Scrum principles and practices. • Remove impediments that affect the team's progress. • Promote continuous improvement of processes and the team. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement. • Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization of deliveries. • Foster an Agile culture across the organization by delivering training and workshops when necessary. • Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burndown, etc.) and propose improvement actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) in Information Technology. • Professional experience in the technical IT area, preferably as a Scrum Master. • Hold one of the following certifications: • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) • EXIN: Agile Scrum Foundation / Scrum Master / Scrum Product Owner
