📋 Description

• Support the Product Owner in refining and writing user stories. • Perform functional testing. • Produce artifacts to meet contractual requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education in Information Technology (technologist diploma, bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate studies — lato or stricto sensu). • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst, working in agile environments. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including: • - Creation and management of work items, backlogs, sprints and dashboards; • - Monitoring metrics and indicators for progress, capacity and quality; • - Versioning and traceability of artifacts. • Experience in large teams and multiple projects, preferably within complex corporate structures. • Strong command of process modeling and business rules (BPMN, UML). • Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, design thinking, user story mapping). • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hybrid frameworks. • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. • Experience with functional testing and user acceptance (UAT), working alongside QA teams and key users. • Excellent interpersonal communication, with negotiation and mediation skills between technical and business areas.
