📋 Description

• Manage a variety of environmental compliance projects including Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans; Hazardous Waste Stream Determinations; Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste Management Plans; Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act Reports • Assume Project Management responsibilities including being the senior technical lead, working with a project team to manage risk, meeting project profitability goals, and managing both the internal team performance and client expectations • Conduct field work at client sites to collect data and conduct meetings and trainings • Oversee development of project document deliverable outlines and layouts, technical writing of reports, data interpretation, and development of graphical presentations in a logical and professional manner • Oversee project financial management duties including proposals, project set ups, forecasting, invoicing, and subcontractor management • Act as a client manager to understand customer needs and distribute work assignments and proposals to appropriate teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Engineering or Environmental Studies; Advanced Degree preferred • 10+ years of related experience, including internships and/or related scientific/field of study experience • Knowledge of computer aided software (Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, etc.) • General knowledge of environmental compliance and/or environmental engineering principles • Knowledgeable of regulatory standards in an environmental technical area • Ability to complete and maintain HAZWOPER certification with the 40-hour HAZWOPER environmental health and safety class, and annual 8-hour refresher class • OSHA 30-hour training preferred
