📋 Description

• Technical leader and individual contributor in Machine Learning • Build and ship models to help customers search for financial products • Develop and deploy advanced ML models to 15 million customers • Involve user and product embeddings and personalised ranking algorithms • Support experimentation and innovation to solve customer problems

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple year track record of excellence leading the development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models • Experience developing and shipping state of the art ML models to production • Impact driven attitude with focus on measurable impact • Self-starter mindset; proactively identify issues and opportunities • Fluent in Python with extensive experience in scikit-learn • Comfortable using SQL and eager to learn Go • Comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity • Strong interest in building impactful products • Product mindset with focus on customer outcomes
