• Embedding the long-term design vision for support experiences at Monzo. • Leading large, end-to-end design initiatives across ambiguous problem spaces. • Designing with a service mindset, understanding real-world impact of design decisions. • Navigating tradeoffs and guiding strategic decisions in an opinionated way. • Mentoring and levelling up designers across the discipline. • Acting as a visible ambassador for Design within the company.
🎯 Requirements
• Expert in a specific design discipline with strong foundational skills across all areas of product design. • Comfortable designing for AI and automation-enabled environments. • Experience working on complex service ecosystems that connect digital products to real-world operations. • Proven track record of delivering high-impact design work that drives customer outcomes and influences company metrics. • Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills. • Thrive in ambiguity and lead teams to deliver in complex, fast-changing environments. • Natural collaborator skilled at working cross-functionally.
