📋 Description
• Conduct quality checks on senior financial crime investigators to drive performance and identify coaching opportunities. • Handle complex case escalations from senior financial crime investigators. • Manage personal & professional development of a team of senior investigators. • Foster a positive, supportive, and high performance culture in the team with high levels of engagement. • Chair employee relations cases and make decisions consistent with Monzo’s values.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills. • Fluent Spanish written and verbal communication skills. • Strong experience of team leadership across Financial Crime within the financial services sector. • Proven ability to drive excellent performance through others. • Strong knowledge and experience in the financial sector, previous experience in carrying out financial crime investigations across either Anti Money Laundering, Screening, or Financial Crime Business Banking is essential. • Strong knowledge of the current financial crime landscape in the UK and the EU, and associated financial crime risks.
