📋 Description

• Manage the Finance and Administrative departments, ensuring operational efficiency and process compliance. • Lead the finance team, monitoring results, KPIs, and employee development. • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial controls. • Develop collection and credit recovery strategies to reduce delinquency. • Prepare management reports and financial metrics to support decision-making. • Design and optimize financial processes, driving continuous improvement. • Interface with accounting, audit, financial institutions, and other partners. • Ensure accuracy of financial information and compliance with deadlines and obligations. • Conduct negotiations and communicate with international clients and partners in English.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Experience in financial management, including cash flow, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial metrics. • Proven experience leading teams and managing processes. • Experience working with accounting firms and financial institutions. • Fluent English for professional communication. • Spanish is a plus. • Analytical, strategic, organized, proactive, and strong leadership skills.
