📋 Description

• Multiply the CEO's leverage by owning the CEO support function end to end. • Remove operational drag so the CEO's time goes to the highest-impact work, and make sure priorities actually get executed across the company. • Recruit and manage the CEO's executive and personal assistant(s). • Build AI infrastructure that gives the CEO leverage: personal agents, workflow automations, and internal tooling. • Take a meaningful share of operational and administrative load off the CEO (inbox triage, scheduling priorities, follow-through) so the CEO can focus on strategy and product. • Make sure no ball is dropped. • Make sure context flows to everyone who needs it. • Run a direct feedback loop, gathering signal from the team, partners, clients, and prospects. • Prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions by gathering context, drafting documents, and pre-thinking options, so time in the room is spent deciding, not catching up. • Step in on bespoke, high-priority projects wherever the company needs extra leverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 6 years in a fast-paced operating, strategy, consulting, banking, or analytical role. • Technical background. • English fluency. • AI-native. • Very strong analytical mindset. • Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts. • Clear and crisp async communication. • Hungry, high-energy, and adaptable to a relentless pace. • Low ego.
