📋 Description

• Own the product/growth program - including work on campaigns, running experiments (hacks) supported by the wider marketing function • Lead projects cross-functionally with Sales, marketing, and in particular the Product Team to ensure we are maximizing all key growth opportunities across our existing customer base • Actively support and where applicable automate cross-sell & upsell opportunities • Use a data-first approach to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies • Play an active role in supporting the development of the wider marketing function

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of product growth in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of the latest trends in marketing automation, campaigns, and customisation • Self-starter with a track record of independently leading new initiatives • Effective communicator • Affinity with our Mission and Values • Multitasker who can deliver successfully across multiple projects
