📋 Description

‱ Define and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets. ‱ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture. ‱ Drive new business development by identifying market opportunities and expanding relationships with key clients and decision-makers. ‱ Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and negotiations to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. ‱ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and global leadership) to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs. ‱ Provide market intelligence and insights to shape business strategy and guide product/service offerings. ‱ Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, reinforcing brand presence and thought leadership. ‱ Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring effective forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or related industries. ‱ Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams. ‱ Deep understanding of Japanese healthcare and regulatory landscape, with established networks preferred. ‱ Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written). ‱ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. ‱ Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and execution discipline. ‱ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix, and global environment.
