📋 Description

• Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results • Partner with our clients to help configure and advise on UKG Pro WFM solutions • Demonstrate a comfortable ability working across many verticals such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Production • Build meaningful relationships with clients and advise how to use UKG systems • Assist in mentoring other WFM Consultant teammates • Draw on industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement WFM solutions • Use system analysis techniques to determine software specifications • Document, analyze, test, and modify WFM system

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS consulting experience • Expert UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling configuration • Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to haves) • UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling certifications (nice to haves)
