📋 Description
• Responsible for intermediate-level support and configuration of assigned applications. • Assisting, training, and supporting customers with the operation and administration of systems. • Troubleshooting issues and working with vendors on issue resolution. • Partnering with customers to increase understanding of available tools to enhance operational efficiencies. • Creating documentation, and assisting other Technology teams with issues and problems. • Ensuring that services provided contribute to the successful accomplishment of department and organizational goals. • Cross-training to become proficient in multiple applications.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's Degree - Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or three or more years of related experience. • 3+ years experience in IT or clinical business workflow • Experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments. • Application system build experience - Preferred • Epic certification(s) or accreditation - required upon hire or achieved within 120 days of hire or within 60 days of completion of final course required
