📋 Description

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing dashboards, reports, and recurring data workflows • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms • Identify reporting inefficiencies and recommend process improvements • Update existing reports based on changing business needs, operational metrics, and leadership requests • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data and summarize findings for leadership • Develop new dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports to support strategic initiatives • Assist with ad hoc analysis requests and executive-level reporting needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field preferred • 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical role • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting/visualization platforms preferred • Exposure to Python, R, automation tools, scripting, or ETL processes is a plus • Understanding of data structures, relational databases, and reporting logic • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Self-starter mindset with willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes
