📋 Description

• Create, prioritize, and maintain a healthy Product Backlog with well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and complete specifications • Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Daily Standups to maintain team alignment and secure commitment • Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels and act as the voice of the customer to ensure features deliver measurable value • Coach the Development Team on Agile practices, self-organization, and problem-solving to increase velocity and delivery predictability • Define clear acceptance criteria and quality standards for all features, partnering with QA and Engineering to ensure deliverables meet requirements • Track and report on development metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and delivery progress against committed timelines • Remove blockers, shield the team from external interference, and escalate issues and risks according to project priorities • Establish documentation standards and processes that improve clarity, reduce rework, and enable faster delivery • Facilitate team estimation sessions and ensure all backlog items contain proper labels, documentation, and dependencies before development begins

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner managing software product development in Agile environments, particularly Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Proven ability to transform high-level concepts into detailed, shippable specifications and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively • Experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Notion, Azure DevOps) • Excellent communication skills with a track record of increasing team velocity and delivery predictability • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and manage stakeholder engagement across all levels • SAFe POPM certification • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products • Background in UX/UI or engineering • Strong technical aptitude to discuss architecture and APIs with engineers a plus
