📋 Description

• Manage Contractual, Performance and Information Indicators, ensuring control, monitoring and analysis of contractual, managerial and process indicators, as well as the quality, consistency and accuracy of the information produced; ensure indicators align with operation and maintenance processes and maintain technical engagement with the Granting Authority to guarantee transparency, reliability and support for contractual requirements. • Monitor compliance with Engineering routines, ensuring process conformity and compliance with ISO certification requirements, concession contracts and applicable standards through indicator tracking, technical guidance, validation of continuous improvement proposals, root cause analyses and development of action plans aimed at increasing the efficiency of processes, systems and teams. • Conduct operational and systems performance studies, evaluating results based on operational data, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions that contribute to asset reliability, contractual compliance and the performance improvement of business units. • Act as an interface between Maintenance Management, Service Management, Engineering and other business unit areas, promoting technical alignment, monitoring action plans, holding periodic meetings and follow-ups to ensure information integration and meet business needs. • Develop and support continuous improvement initiatives, proposing new methodologies, indicators, engineering studies and analytical tools that drive operational performance, process efficiency and the development of Engineering, Maintenance and Operations teams, contributing to sustainable results and mitigating contractual impacts.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
