📋 Description

• Shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for compliance products within Motive’s Fleet Management portfolio • Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap in alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals • Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive compliance experiences that reduce operational risk • Identify customer compliance pain points and opportunities and translate insights into product requirements and priorities • Drive execution from concept through launch by managing tradeoffs and aligning teams on scope, timelines, and outcomes • Use data and product metrics to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering commercially successful software products • Experience building compliance products or working on regulated products is a plus • Strong customer empathy and product intuition • Data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and evidence to validate assumptions and guide prioritization • Sufficient technical depth to work effectively with engineers and contribute to strong product decisions • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence across functions and operate effectively with remote teams in a fast-paced environment • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
