📋 Description

• Responsible for the implementation of Communication System Projects and will act as the focal point for all aspects of assigned project(s) • Leads all aspects of projects for a client, from inception to completion • Responsible for allocating all necessary resources to meet project objectives, and customer satisfaction goals • Directs and coordinates the work activities of project team • Oversees development of the complete project plan • Manages schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment • Ensures that the three constraints (quality, cost and time) that face every project are properly managed • Utilizes PM tools to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions for any issues related to assigned project(s) • Responsible for direct communication to customer’s organization and relevant stakeholders internally by conducting project reviews throughout the life of the project • Involved in extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development and other members of cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of project management or engineering experience, OR 5+ years of previous experience in project management or engineering • Project management certification, highly desired • Understanding of two-way radio / cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems • Familiarity with the technology industry with experience in one of the following highly desirable: Public Safety communications systems, Military communications, Enterprise Software or IT Networks • Understanding of local public safety customers, such as police, fire, and emergency medical services is a plus • Demonstrates a firm understanding of all areas of PMBOK project management • Demonstrated delivery track record in a large, complex enterprise environment • Computer literacy; familiarity with Project management software and other common business software • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with various internal and external stakeholders • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities • Customer service focus and positive “can do” attitude.
