📋 Description

• Comprehend and address customers' business requirements for MSI applications. • Document business process requirements meticulously. • Implement system provisioning, configure workflows, and UI. • Provide comprehensive training on the MSI PremierOne Records Management System. • Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of installed systems. • Document technical issues for prompt escalation to product and system integration teams. • Offer valuable feedback for product and process improvements based on client experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, or Associates, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience in one of the following areas: Business Analysis, Field Service or Public Safety using one or more of the following: Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management Systems (RMS), Jail Management Systems (JMS), or Law Enforcement Records Management Systems (LRMS) required. • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
