📋 Description

• Implement body cameras, in-car video systems, digital evidence management systems, and real time command center software. • Responsible for being the technical solution owner of a project. • Provide system as-built documentation. • Identify interface requirements and solicit system implementation team for design. • Conduct customer facing technical requirements discovery sessions for system configuration (Conference Call or In Person). • Builds relationships with sales, project managers, internal engineering, product, and key technical subject matter expert teams within the organization. • Ability to provide customer product training (both in-person and virtual). • Survey, design, install and maintain the infrastructure supporting wireless communications systems at Client site.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Public Safety software application system implementation experience • Computer hardware sizing, configuration and implementation experience • TCP/IP computer networking and design experience (wired and wireless) • Ability to pass a background check and/or security clearance for a customer as necessary • LTE Network Modem/Router background • Technical writing experience and the ability to deliver technical information to a nontechnical audience • Basic knowledge of Radio Voice Communications Networks • Basic knowledge of Motorola Solutions Public Safety Applications • Knowledge of Public Safety operations
