📋 Description
• Establish, evolve, and enforce a cohesive visual identity and design system across our entire digital ecosystem • Translate high-level digital strategies and roadmaps into stunning, user-centric design executions • Act as the primary guardian of digital design quality and brand consistency • Foster a culture of innovation and act as a thought leader in design thinking • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Marketing teams • Utilize data, user feedback, and usability testing to iterate on designs
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in digital design • At least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role guiding creative teams • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Deep familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Claude Code, Windsurf) • Strong understanding of how design translates to front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS concepts) • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
