📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of services sold • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services • Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of services • Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies • Manage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offerings • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitability • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred • Minimum of 3+ years of Services relevant work experience, preferably in product management or marketing within a technology or telecommunications industry • Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
