📋 Description

• Own, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patients • Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain details about the program and enroll patients in Movn Health’s cardiac rehab program • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals who come to us by way of referral • Ensuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of Movn Health’s services and benefits • Handle questioning and feedback within each encounter to those who are interested in enrolling • Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of patient appointments • Perform insurance verification as required to navigate patient questions related to coverage • Leverage internal teams to answer patient questions and resolve issues thoroughly • Work with Movn’s clinical staff and staff at referring physician offices to improve operational processes • Set up Movn patient-facing app as needed • Work within Movn’s EHR to coordinate care for patient

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role or a patient scheduling/enrollment role at a physician practice • 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction • Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your success • Background in Exercise Physiology • Bilingual in English & Spanish
