📋 Description

• Create and update websites using Squarespace / Wordpress • Do quality checks and edits of newly built websites • Address basic queries (e.g., about the services, promotions, etc.) • Create new website templates for a wider selection of designs • Research current design trends to keep the team updated with industry best practices on website building • Implement basic SEO strategies based on customer needs • Escalate complex inquiries to your manager • Execute basic administrative tasks (e.g. data entry, folder update, updating tags)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with graphic design through Canva • Squarespace (and its equivalents) • Wordpress • SEO • Have experience working with US customers in a similar role (e.g., marketing assistant, digital marketer) • Willing to work US hours (ranging from EST to PST) • Strong written and verbal English skills • High attention to detail and reliability • Can execute tasks efficiently and effectively
