📋 Description

• Analyze existing business processes in public administration • Identify optimization potentials and develop target processes together with specialist departments • Model and document processes (e.g., in BPMN) • Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts • Develop processes efficiently and embed societal value • Support clients from analysis through to implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sense for interdependencies • Solid methodological foundation in process management • Initial experience in the public sector • Experience modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., using BPMN) • Familiarity with common BPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio) • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills • Completed degree in public administration, economics, social sciences, or political science
