📋 Description

• Lead & grow a high-performing engineering team focused on the automation, self serve, data driven delivery engineering • Lead design, architecture for MozCloud Platform services to establish repeatable patterns • Manage the roadmaps across the multiple focus areas of your team, prioritizing user experience and alignment with organizational strategy. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones across the components of the infrastructure platform you own. • Champion operational excellence, innovation, and scalable user-centric solutions. • Ensure high standards for security, compliance, reliability, and usability.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering experience, including at least 5 years of team management. • Track record leading large-scale organizational and technical transformations anchored around Cloud Native platform and services. • Deep expertise in K8s containerized production infrastructure frameworks and tooling including Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm charts, Prometheus, Grafana, IAM, IdP, WAF, Gateway API and related tooling. • Proficient with multiple cloud platforms, particularly GCP. • Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at aligning technical initiatives with strategic user and organizational objectives. • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. • Curiosity and interest in learning new things • Commitment to our values: • Welcoming differences • Being relationship-minded • Practicing responsible participation • Having grit
