📋 Description

• Own the full Finance function end-to-end • Ensure financial model is updated and board-ready • Establish monthly financial reporting cadence covering KPIs • Stand up the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast process • Partner with CEO and COO on Series B narrative and financial diligence prep • Lead finance workstreams of Series B raise • Implement scalable FP&A and finance systems • Establish unit economics and cash management discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience • At least 5 years in startup or high-growth environments (Series A–C preferred) • Experience in VP Finance, Head of FP&A, or Director of Finance title • Exceptional financial modeling skills • Attention to detail and strong communication skills • Experience managing a Controller or accounting team • Familiarity with SaaS or contract-based revenue, equity and cap table mechanics, 409As • Ability to communicate financial complexity clearly to non-finance stakeholders
