📋 Description

• Overseeing and ensuring that the success and quality of initiatives and projects across a large federal contract • Managing a team of quality improvement facilitators to deliver effective technical assistance • Serving as the point of contact and liaison between the prime contract holder and Mountain Pacific • Implementing the goals of the Task Order in an impactful, meaningful, and relevant manner with frontline health facilities and outpatient clinical practice practices • Collaborating with the primary contractor awarded to identify, collaborate, plan and organize work flows with a strategic vision.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in healthcare administration or business administration or related field • At least five (5) years of administrative experience • Three (3) years of experience in a senior hospital or healthcare leadership position • Excellent organizational, communication written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills • Ability to act as the regional representative and lead the collaboration, reporting and improvement on one or more topics across the region.
