📋 Description

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for a complex healthcare program • Build and maintain effective working relationships with executive leadership, regulatory agencies, external partners, and other stakeholders • Translate executive priorities and strategic initiatives into actionable program goals and deliverables • Prepare high-quality written reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other communications • Deliver presentations to leadership, stakeholders, and partner organizations

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of leadership experience • Experience working with CMS, HIS, Tribal healthcare organizations, or other government healthcare programs • A bachelor's degree preferred • Ability to act as the regional representative • Problem solver, team motivator, and resilient leader
