📋 Description

• Lead AI-first engineering practices by orchestrating agents for specifications, code, tests, verification, and reviews while ensuring human validation • Stay hands-on in the codebase by setting architecture patterns, writing and reviewing critical code, prototyping, and resolving complex technical problems • Own end-to-end delivery of the Product Management roadmap across all deployment form factors • Drive architecture and technology choices for high-assurance environments at scale • Recruit, develop, and retain engineers and leads across Romania, Vietnam, and Hungary • Establish career paths and standards for code quality and review • Run measurable, rigorous, and fair performance-based management • Maintain a security-first quality bar for human-written and AI-generated code • Improve CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted development workflows, incident response, and operational maturity • Codify AI-native playbooks, context files, coding harnesses, test frameworks, and review norms for broader portfolio adoption • Partner with the VP, Products, Product Management, Design, and security leaders to translate roadmap priorities into engineering execution and timelines • Report to the VP, Products

🎯 Requirements

• Full agentic development experience (required): personally run a full agentic, AI-powered SDLC end to end in B2B and high-security enterprise environments • Demonstrable experience taking a product from specification to release using an end-to-end AI-assisted lifecycle, including spec generation, code/test generation, automated verification, AI-assisted review, and CI/CD • 8+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers/leads, through complex product delivery at scale • Track record of building high-performing teams through rigorous, fair performance management • Strong command of design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern architecture • Proven history building scalable, distributed solutions, including relational/document databases, cloud-native services, and modern CI/CD systems • High bar for tested, maintainable code and meaningful test coverage • Ability to lead and align engineers across countries and time zones in a remote/hybrid, multi-country setup • Ability to identify strong engineers, attract talent, and communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders • Security-first approach to design, code review, and incident response • Experience with managed file transfer, secure content delivery, data security, or critical infrastructure markets (nice to have) • Hands-on or managerial experience with .NET Core / C# (nice to have) • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP (nice to have) • Experience writing AI context files such as CLAUDE.md or .cursorrules (nice to have) • Familiarity running AI agents inside CI/CD pipelines (nice to have) • International team experience across multiple countries and time zones (nice to have) • Experience validating concurrency and thread-safety in high-throughput services (nice to have)
