📋 Description
• Manage daily administration of retirement and pension programs • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective plan operations • Support compliance requirements, audits, and plan documentation • Review retirement eligibility, contribution, and deduction data • Resolve employee and HR inquiries related to retirement benefits • Drive process improvements and program enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • 4-6 years of retirement plan administration or benefits experience • Knowledge of retirement plan compliance and vendor management • Professional certifications such as CEBS, RMA, CRPP, or CPFA are preferred
